Mark Flow Support

Installing and getting started

The official Chrome Web Store install link will be added once the extension is approved. If you already have it installed, open the Mark Flow side panel and sign in to the AI platform you want to use.

Reporting a problem

Include your Mark Flow and Chrome versions, the AI platform, the steps to reproduce and the error message. Send only the screenshots that are needed; hide emails, tokens, prompts or private images. Do not send passwords, cookies, MCP tokens or OTPs.

Payment support

Provide the order code, time, amount and transaction ID. Check the order status before paying again. Send requests to admin.markflow@gmail.com, person in charge Ngô Mạnh Dũng.

Data requests

State whether you are asking to access, correct or delete data, together with your account email, and send it to admin.markflow@gmail.com. Removing the extension only affects what is installed in your browser; it does not delete account data on the server.
