The service
Mark Flow provides automation tools in the browser. It is an independent product and does not represent Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or Muse.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for protecting your account and tokens, for having the right to use the content you put into the system, and for following the terms of each AI platform you use. Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others, to damage systems or to get around access restrictions without authorisation.
Plans
The pricing table shows the plan name, currency and billing cycle. The final price, discounts and any upgrade credit are shown on the order before payment. Mark Flow fees do not include accounts or credits/quota on AI platforms. Features may depend on the platform, the model, your account permissions and, where a feature requires it, Mark Bridge.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment for the eligible cases set out in the Payments and Refunds policy. That policy defines full and pro-rata refunds, the exclusions, and the response and processing times.
Availability
AI platforms may change their interface, limit or discontinue features, which can interrupt automation. Mark Flow does not promise any particular AI result or a fixed generation time. If you run into a problem, include a description and your order code when you ask for support.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and remove the extension at any time. Doing so is not a refund request and does not delete server data. See the payments and privacy pages for how to make those requests.
Customer rights
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. The conditions and procedure for refunds are set out on the Payments and Refunds page, linked in the policy menu.
